Examining the Impact of Child Sexual Abuse on Adult Sexuality and Relationships

1.5 CE HOURS
Child Sexual Abuse survivors are faced with multiple challenges, including long-term effects. Some of them include: Physical Examinations, Police Interviewing, Court Involvement, Mental Health Services, or lack of Family or Relatives support, and much more. Depending on how soon they can get services or how open they are to receive treatment their experience could be completely different. Later in life the person could experience many difficulties engaging and trusting their partners, and having positive sexual experiences. Also, this can be different between men or women.
